It is our objective to make the rental business at a property pay for itself and generate income to owners while providing superior service and minimizing impacts through careful caretaking and maintenance.

- Winter season rentals remain brisk in Telluride. Record snow fall in Telluride and Mountain Village last April and May give us confidence that sales will increase for 20011/2012 Ski Season! The Summer Festivals and Outdoor Activities continue to bring people to Telluride and properties are continuing to be filled on a regular basis.
- It is not too late to start earning rental income from your home or condo in Mountain Village this summer—we will start receiving Winter reservations as early as May!
- Our compensation is based upon charging a commission on rentals. While we provide all the benefits of a Caretaking Service we do not charge fees for those services.
- Rentals can even happen while a property is listed for sale as rental guests will accommodate showings with 24 hours of notice.
- We accomplish all this with our new “Luxury Rental Management Program” which includes High Quality Linen and Amenity Package, Monthly Maintenance Program, 24/7 Security Service, Detailed Accounting, Pre Arrival Check-In, and Discount Cable/Internet. Plus we provide a custom webpage for every property; detailed property inspections, checklists, and activity logs; professional, trained Housekeeping staff; experience and advice for maximizing rental income and adding value to your property.
