Ray moved to Telluride after receiving a degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse in 1991. Five years later and after gaining valuable experience through a variety of positions held in the hospitality industry Ray founded Elevation Vacations. Today, he is still an owner and active participant in the company's day to day operations.

Ray's experience in the local vacation rental and property management fields helps to provide his clients with well rounded and accurate information when it comes to buying, selling and maintaining area real estate. Kelly McGinty grew up in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University in 1997 with a degree in Dietetics and a minor in hospitality management. In 2000, Telluride's majesty drew Kelly in as she fell deeply in love with this amazing little mountian town. She knew it was where she would live out her life and raise her family. Kelly met her husband, Peter - one of Elevation Vacations’ owners, here in Telluride. Among her passions, she is on the Board for the San Juan Riding Program, promoting equine facilitated therapy and activities for people with disabilities.
